Guest guest
Hi everyone, Rhonda from PA here. I don't have any burning pain, but I get 'achy' pain. When I get up in the morning, I am stiff and my body creaks and cracks until I get the blood moving. Also, is there anyone else out there who walks better in bare feet? Thanks!!! Guest guest
Rhonda, I also get the " achy " pain. My daughter experiences a lot of burning and achy pain. She stays very active but she pays for it with a lot of pain. Until about a year ago, I walked best in sock-feet. I could not walk bare-feet because I tripped on my own toes. Sock-feet would beat shoes for stability anyday in the past. Now, however, I need AFO's because my knees were buckling out from under me withour warning. Now I walk best in the AFO's.
