Now that you know, you will be able to get it under control. Did your doctor have you get a blood testing kit? Are you on a restricted diet? How many carbs per meal etc? All good to know. Also, as you drop weight, it will help your blood glucose, dramatically. well so much for those thought's authough I have gained alot of weight which helped things along over the last ten years or so with not so much of a smattering of exercise!.. so there's my story.
