Hi Tammi, my heart is heavy when I hear a child has to learn of these things

at this tender age. Please allow me to give you the name of a recipe book she

is going to love. It is called Eating Healthy with kids in mind. It is by

Jo Lund. I know you can get it through her web site

(www.HealthyExchanges.com) or by going to

customer_service@... I do not

work for her, or have any financial interest in her operations. I do have an

very invested heart, that requires me to assist anyone when I am given the

change. I am 58, with a disabled husband to care for, sons 38, 37, 35, twins

22, and a 12 year old grandaughter we have raised nearly since birth. I have

helped raise 45 foster children, and adopted my twins. So, you see, my heart is

very invested with young people ;-) I believe The Lord has placed me right

where he wants me, and I pray continously that He allows me to reach those I

may be of help to. Please contact me if you have a question or I can help.

Hugs, Marilyn
