Today has reminded me a boys squabbling! LOL I really don't mind, I have 6 kids and had 45 foster kids, so I can pretty much tune them all out! LOL I agree with much of what you say, Some I am not as familiar with, so I will withhold judjement. I was happy when you mentioned the lack of carbs and the damage it can do as I believe the ADA is correct and we all need carbs. My husbands cardiologist told him that, also.
