Guest guest Posted June 7, 2004 Report Share Posted June 7, 2004 as a rule for most T-2 diabetics, that fits right in for a good lunch, I get 45-60 per meal, and depending on how I spend my Carbs, I can have this pizza pouch, a side salad and a diet drink...
