> 3 tbsp butter

> 1/2 tsp sage

> 1/2 tsp pepper

> Combine pork and sausage meat, sage, salt and pepper and shape into

> Brush with a little melted butter and grill 5 minutes each side.

> Cut apples into rings and sandwich each patty in apple rings.
