> 1-1/2 cups Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix

> 1/4 cup pourable Sugar Twin

> 2/3 cup skim milk

> 2 tbsps Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream

> 1 tsp coconut extract

> 1/2 tsp almond extract

> 1/4 cup (1 oz) slivered almonds

> 1/4 cup (1 oz) mini chocolate chips

> 2 tbsps flaked coconut

> Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with

> butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine baking mix and Sugar

> Twin. Add skim

> milk, sour cream, egg, coconut extract and almond extract. Mix gently just

> to combine. Stir in almonds, chocolate chips, coconut and cherry pieces.

> Spread batter into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a
