Guest guest
Hi, Sorry if this is a repeat, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the archives. Have any of you noticed that you respond differently to different types of starch? Recently I discovered that after I have macaroni or any pasta (hot or cold) my bgl hardly budges. Potatoes are ok too, but rice and bread sends it soaring. I usually combine all these things will a little fat/fiber, so everything else is comparable. Any thoughts?
