This is why migraine sufferers " freeze: their heads with an icebag. If you have ever had a blood clot, they treat it with IV heparin and a hot moist heat. As diabetics, we always need to make sure of the temperature, because of neuropathy. We may get burned or suffer frost bite without even realizing it. Caution is the keyword here.
