Guest guest Posted August 15, 2004 Report Share Posted August 15, 2004 Healthy Exchanges by Jo Lund Reuben Grill 2 tbsps Kraft Fat Free Thousand Island Dressing 4 slices reduced-calorie rye bread 2 (3/4 oz) slices Kraft reduced-fat Swiss cheese 1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained 2.5 oz pkg sliced Carl Buddig 90 percent lean corned beef Spread 1 tablespoon Thousand Island dressing on 2 slices of bread. Top each with 1 slice Swiss cheese, half of the sauerkraut, half of corned beef and remaining bread slice. Lightly spray tops with butter-flavored cooking spray. Cook over medium-low heat about 5 minutes. Lightly spray tops with butter-flavored cooking spray and flip over. Continue cooking about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
