Hi Bruce, long time no hear ;-) I thought it was too much, too, so I devised

the plan to lighten the " load " . As I have not made them, I would be

surprised it 15 was the whole amount of the recipe. Three cups of buisquick

makes a

lot of muffins and these would certainly me smaller. If you make them, let me

2 tsps grated orange peel

3/4 cup orange juice

1 pkg (3 ozs) cream cheese, softened low fat

2 tbsps strawberry preserves sf or spreadable fruit

Calories 135;Fat 5g;Chol 5mg;Sodium 360mg;Carbs 20g;Fiber 0g;Protein 2g

Exchanges: 1 Starch; 1 Fat
