I have used many of them as a working mom, with two kids and a wonderful husband I have to fix stuff that we can all eat. They like them all too so that really has helped. I use a lot of chicken, ham, turkey and salmon. They have so many ways to prepare them healthy, we are doing great! Hugs, Marilyn

Hugs, Marilyn > Especially with this day and age, there being sooo much junk out there. The family needs healthy dinners and choices at home! And more than anything, if people eat healthy food they just feel better overall. Maybe if people looked at food like fuel they would have better habits, would we put lumpy oily gas with tons of sugar in our cars??? Of course not, then arent our bodies worth more than our vehicles? (Ill hop off my soapboax now).. watch it if i have this much longer I might turn into a dietician ;-)
