Guest guest
Is this good for a diabetic ??? > Oh, yes. TVP is 'Textured Vegetable Protein' and it is made to look and > taste like meat products (though, to my palate does not have the fatty taste > meat has, which I don't like). People usually call them 'veggie products' or > 'soy meat' but they are more correctly called TVP. > >
Guest guest
I like TVP too. I especially like the Morning Star Veggie Crumbles. Lots of times I sprinkle them over vegetables and have a complete meal. I also like to put them in spaghetti tv dinners to add more protein. There's lots of ways to use crumbles. I didn't know the correct name for them. Thanks for adding to my knowledge, . Hugs, Lota
