Actually, the same advice that my friend who works with Medicaid told me to do. I did get ahold of the supervisor finally today. She said that they'd go over my case again and talk to my friend cuz they know each other. I pray it got resolved. She called me back but i wasn't here. So, I will play phone tag again tomorrow, but, hopefully this will be resolved.
