Well... there are also natural Herbal products you can take that will help with

Muscle pain, arthritis, etc... Like MSM... It works Great for me. In the true

form, of 99% MSM though, you have to find someone besides GNC that sells it. I

know of distributors though if interested.

Capsicum is very effective, but be sure to remember to wear latex gloves when
