Well, you could always set up a nice relaxing bath for yourself. Use

some bubbles, candles, and soft music. Be sure to turn down the

lights. That always works for me.

I wouldnt suggest the way that I changed my stress level. I used to be such a

type A always upset person, now that I was in a coma, everything seems

different. Im happy just to wake up in the mornings, the rest is just icing on

the

cake
