Guest guest
Cheryl, Thanks for the receipes. To your Weight Watchers dessert I also add Crushed Drained Pineapple or Drained Pineapple Tidbits. I also prefer to use red jello. Now that I have become a diabetic I use the Sugar Free Jello and it too works fine. Guest guest
Wendi, Thanks for the recipe! I will have to check out the sunbutter website! I have never heard of that! can have eggs. They don't seem to bother him which is great! The chocolate chips will have to be left out though, but I bet they will still be good. Alyssa Recipe Here is a recipe that was easy to make as a child, I converted it for 's allergy.SunButter cookies1 cup SunButter (can get at http://www.sunbutter.com/index.html)1 cup sugar1 egg (Alyssa, maybe you could use egg substitute)1/4 cup chocolate chips (can be omitted)Mix all ingredients together. Roll into about 2 inch balls and mush (slightly) with fork onto an ungreased cookie sheet.Bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for approximately 8 minutes. Or until done.As a child I loved these cookies. I was always a peanut butter freak. These cookies are VERY rich since there is nothing to temper the SunButter (peanut butter) taste. One cookie is enough for a serving.Wendi ---- 's mom (4) --- Anaphylactic to peanut
