After my son I was too heavy for my weight (about 80 pounds ) as I was on bedrest, then i got pregnant 3 months later and miscarried, then 4 months later had that happen again, so I never got the weight off for a long time, but it came of slowly, I just concentrated on exercising more, as I always have ate pretty healthy. personaly I dont think there is any magic diet, i feel exercise is the only cure for being overweight. . Then after this happened in may I gained about 10 pound trying to fight hypos, I certianly felt those 10 little pounds. So just breath, dont think about the weight, think about your health. Concentrate on feeding yourself good healthy food and geting good exercise, and the weight will work its way off. Think of your body like a car. if you let a car sit to long, it wont run after a while. Some might, but most break. If you but sugar in the gas tank or thick dirty oil (like cholestoral) in the engine something will go bad. Food is like fuel it should be good quality, fresh and healthy and exercise keeps us moving. Good luck on your effort to loose weight, you'll get it done it just takes time! -Ellen Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Also when I was dieting if I was too hungry I snacked on protein only like a bite of cheese or some peanut butter and crackers. For me relying on exercise and a sensible diet worked better than any miracle diet ever could have for me. -Ellen Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
