Guest guest
e, Have you considered counseling or a support group to deal with your feelings of despair? Sometimes these things can be so overwhelming that we just can't deal with them alone. My family was lucky in that we grew closer because of my mother's death, but I have been seeing someone to help me deal with my grief and guilt that I didn't do enough and the fear of my upcoming surgery, and it has helped. Sometimes just having a disinterested party sit there and listen to you complain is helpful and then you won't have to feel guilty about burdening another family member and adding to their problems. Meanwhile, don't forget that we are here for you too, and we know that your life has meaning in and of itself. Don't lose yourself as well as your mother. Guest guest
Kristie, This line scares me for you {I'd rather be dead then alive.} Please seek the advice of a professional. Grief is something terrible we all go through. It may take years to get through it. But there are medications that can help you. There are also support groups that you can talk to. You have Us too! Please Kristie You talking this way won't help you or your family. If you ended your life, then your family would have the loss of 2. Do you believe in God. Pray to him. Ask him to carry you during this time. Your mom is an angel at his side now. She is home. Pray to her. But if you are truly feeling this way, Either see your Doctor, or talk to someone special to you.
Guest guest
Thanks for responding. I don't think I'd end my life but I'm just not happy. Maybe it takes time. Maybe I need to focus on positive things instead of the negative. I don't know. I'll be leaving for a vacation Saturday & I hope that will lift my spirits. Well, thanks for writing & thanks for caring. Love, e
