Bavarian Sauerkraut and Tomatoes

1-3/4 cups (14.5 oz) 's Bavarian-style sauerkraut, undrained

1-3/4 cups (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, drained

1 tsp dried parsley flakes

In a large skillet, combine undrained sauerkraut and undrained stewed

tomatoes. Stir in parsley flakes. Cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 15

minutes,

stirring occasionally.

Serves 4

72 Calories;0g Fat;3g Protein;15g Carbs;841mg Sodium;3g Fiber

Hint: If you can't find Bavarian sauerkraut, use regular sauerkraut, 1/2 tsp

caraway seeds and 1 tsp Brown Sugar Twin.
