Guest guest Posted July 14, 2004 Report Share Posted July 14, 2004 Cantaloupe Soup 4 Ripe cantaloupes; cut in chunks 6 oz Orange juice 1/4 -(up to) 1/3 c Honey 1/2 -(up to) 1 ts Cinnamon 1/2 pt Whipping cream 1/2 c Calvados (optional) i never have made this using these. Puree cantaloupe in food processor or blender. Add orange juice, honey, cinnamon, whipping cream and Calvados. Chill. May be served in cantaloupe halves with mint sprigs for garnish. I would just leave it out. I know cantaloupe with orange is wonderful. I cut mine into a bowl, pour some orange juice on it and keep it in the fridge!
