This is a real oldtime recipe ;-) Healthy Exchanges by Jo Lund Sliced Cucumbers in Sour Cream 1/4 cup cider vinegar 3 tbsps pourable Sugar Twin 1/8 tsp black pepper 2-1/4 cups thinly sliced unpeeled cucumbers 1/4 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream 1 tsp dried parsley flakes 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion In a large bowl, combine vinegar, Sugar Twin and pepper. Stir in cucumbers. Let set for 15 minutes. Drain and discard liquid. In same bowl, combine sour cream and parsley flakes. Add drained cucumbers and onion. Mix well to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.
