Guest guest Posted July 9, 2004 Report Share Posted July 9, 2004 For that special occasion, when only chocolate will do ;-) Double Chocolate Brownies Mr. Food's Quick and Easy Diabetic Cooking 2/3 cup all-purpose flour 2/3 cup sugar 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 1/4 cup melted butter 2 tbsp water 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/3 cup egg substitute 1/4 cup fat-free hot fudge sauce Preheat the oven to 350 deg F. Coat an 8-inch-square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the fudge sauce; mix well, then spread half the batter in the baking dish. Top with the hot fudge sauce, then spread the remaining batter over the sauce. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
