One of my daughters was raised in the ines. She made me a fried

banana (plantain type) once that was out of this world! In a dinky little

restauitant in Tres Pinos, Ca, is a place called flapjacks. This place serves

the

best banana walnut pancakes....He sautes the banana with a little butter, then

pours in sf maple syrup, heats it through and calls my name! LOL Now, I am

getting really hungry! LOL Hugs, Marilyn good thing I don't live close to this

place!

Well, if you ever get into my neck of the woods, I'll happily give you

directions ;-) It is actually not far up highway 25 past Hollister, Ca. I good

place to visit, but too small to live there! They think a mom and pop store is

a

supermarket ;-) LOL Hugs, Marilyn
