Hugs, marilyn All-Greek Salad Olympia Dukakis, Academy Award-winning actress, contributed this recipe to the CFA to benefit Share Our Strength. Ingredients: 8 cups torn iceberg lettuce 1 cup chopped celery 1 can (8 - 8 1/2 ounce) peas, drained 1 can (15 ounce) artichokes, drained and chopped 1 small cucumber, chopped 1 small onion, minced 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 1 can (2 ounce) anchovies, drained and minced 6 sprigs parsley, chopped 2 cloves garlic, grated 2 tablespoons vinegar 4 teaspoons olive oil salt and pepper to taste Preparation: Toss ingredients together in a large bowl. Chill and serve.
