Guest guest Posted July 5, 2004 Report Share Posted July 5, 2004 Healthy Exchanges Jo Lund Hungarian Chicken Goulash 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed 1-3/4 cups (14.5 oz) stewed tomatoes, chopped and undrained 1 cup (8 oz can) Hunt's Tomato Sauce 2 tsps Sugar Twin 1 tbsp paprika 2 cups hot cooked noodles, rinsed and drained 1-1/2 cups (8 oz) diced cooked chicken breast In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion and green beans for 5 minutes. Stir in undrained stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, Sugar Twin and paprika. Add noodles and chicken. Mix well to combine. Lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
