Winter Wonderland Cauliflower Salad

3/4 cup Kraft fat-free mayonnaise

1 tbsp skim milk

Sugar substitute to equal 1 tbsp sugar

3 tbsps Hormel Bacon Bits

2 cups chopped fresh cauliflower

1-1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, skim milk and sugar substitute. Stir in

bacon bits. Add cauliflower and peas. Mix well to combine. Cover and

refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Gently stir again just before serving.

Serves 6

Hint: Thaw peas by placing in a colander and rinsing under hot water for 1

minute.
