You could call your dietician or diabetes society. I would be the last one to get in that line, I would like to see all the facts first. If you want to know about it talk to your dr or pharmaists first and they will tell you about the ingredients in it and if it is really good for you. I have found out that being a diabetic you really have to read everything. It is hard when you have this type of disease I have learned over the past few yrs that read read read and ask questions.
