Fat, good for you? A high fat diet contributes to things like hardening

of the arteries, heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, etc. That

can hardly be good for you.

I'm not sure you're following my thread.. ;) My point it that you

can avoid the sugar and starch and you can HAVE the saturated fat

because it's been proven beyond any doubt to be good for you.
