Hi Ellen and thank you. I am concerned about Joe. I think especially with

men, the feeling is they are " MEN " they should tough it out. So not ture.

Anyone, male or female needs help if they feel they are depressed or in over

their heads with something they feel they have no control over, such as

diabetes. It does take a while to gain " control " over it, but it is possible!
