They have dealt with this a whole lot longer than I have, and are generally pretty knowledgeable. ;-) Do you follow and special recipes? Special cookbooks you like? I have another firend with an insulin pump, what a wonderful thing to have! My husband uses a pump also, but his is for pain control. It is an intrathecal catheter. It is filled with a needle stuck through his skin into the port of the pump. Amazing. He will never be pain free, but this is a thousand times better than the first 10 years of a broken back. I use a lot of Jo Lund's recipes, have most of her books and newsletters since 2000. I like the down home philosophy, coupled with her desire to make life easier for us. I appreciate her! Hope to get to know you better, soon. Hugs, Marilyn
