that is as restricting to certain food groups is not a good thing. I have

checked with my dr's and they have agreed with me. So, for me, the answer is to

go

lightly with all food groups, no specific restrictions. I just have to do all

have to lose weight so am eating lightly of most fruits, veggies,

whole grains, lean protein and very low on fat. So far I have lost

from 207 to 187 and a half, and am not starving either, just

controlling size of my portions and eating a healthy for anyone diet.

My blood sugars have really come down. Moderation is the key.

Well I am on it and I like it because it allows me to have some carbs unlike

Atkins and it forces me to restrict those carbs.

Hi Sharon, I am glad it works for you. I always say, we each have dietary

restrictions. I know with mine, I can allow some of each group and thus I do

not feel deprived which is what causes people to jump off the band wagon in the

first place, right! LOL Hugs, Marilyn
