> 1/2 cup pork cracklings -- fine flakes

> 1 egg -- beaten

> 3 tbsp tomato sauce -- no sugar

> 2 tsp salt

> 1/4 tsp pepper

> Mix all ingredients; pack in loaf pan. Bake for 2 hours at
