Guest guest Posted May 2, 2004 Report Share Posted May 2, 2004 BREAKFAST CASSEROLE Serves 4 1 bag of Ore-Ida frozen O'Brien potatoes (they have chopped onion and peppers in them) 1 can cream of mushroom soup (non fat s) 1/2 a bag of nonfat shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup of nonfat sour cream 1 bunch of -O nonfat ham, cut into cubes Throw the taters into a colander and run them under hot water until all the ice is all melted and they aren't clumped up any more. Spray Pam or something like it into a big pot. Throw everything in, stir it all up and shove it in the oven - go wild and throw some more cheese on it if you want.
