INGREDIENTS: 2 cups cubed seeded watermelon 1 cup lemon-lime soda (such as Sprite), chilled 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice 2/3 cup ice cubes INSTRUCTIONS: Place watermelon into freezer; freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Remove from freezer, and let stand 10 minutes. Combine watermelon, soda, and juice in a blender, and process until smooth. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
