Also, when you said that your son's anxiety is gone with the inositol, does that include any social anxiety? Has his social issues improved? Thanks for the input! Guest guest
Inosital is a supplement. It does have a calming effect for transitions and new situations. It hasn't fully helped our son so we are going to add GABA and hope for the best. > > > > > > My son takes inositol and his anxiety is gone. > > : Can I ask...is inositol a prescription or supplement? > Also, when you said that your son's anxiety is gone with the > inositol, does that include any social anxiety? Guest guest
Hi Kim, Inositol is over the conter. I use the NOW brand, powder formula, it tastes great! My son was very scared by things like: a hair on the carpet, a bird on the sidewalk, a leaf moving on the ground because of the wind, these types of things. He also used to be scared by new places, but never by people. Inositol did not help him with social interactions. > > > > > > My son takes inositol and his anxiety is gone. > > : Can I ask...is inositol a prescription or supplement? > Also, when you said that your son's anxiety is gone with the > inositol, does that include any social anxiety?
