Fran, I was thinking of making the goal a pound a week, I can't seem to make

anything higher than that, maybe i can this time!! so that is about 4 weeks

so I say 4 pounds from whatever I weigh on Monday.

Thanks everyone for all the encouragement that you gave me on my weight loss to

meet my Halloween goal. This group is just so great!!!! It sure helps reading

all the post and talking to everyone about this woe. Do you think we should have

a Thanksgiving goal and weigh in on Wed before Thanksgiving? I think it helps

when we make these small goals to work at.

I say if you have lost the pound then you deserve to change your number and

show it. You are proud of the loss and it should show!!!!!!!!

for years (when I was younger, I'm 49 now) My youngest daughter did her

senior project on ice skating and had to learn to skate and take lessons for

a year... Well, I thought it would be great fun doing it with her...Kind of

like starting All over again. LOL

She had a wonderful year..... I had alot of bruises and sore bones...luckily

no breaks, just sprains.

I love your spirit. sounds like you have a wonderful family. Please post

Alba:

Here is one web-site that you can fine out more about SDS/MSA . Just post any questions you have here on this list and I'm sure other's will have an answer for you and I'll try to help where I can. I know Fred and I had alot of questions when he was first DX. One thing that we found out is to drink lots of water. People with MSA had problems with UTI's and this helps. Also they have lower then normal tempatures. Fred's run around 96.3. I'm not sure how they measure that in Paris and exercise, this helps. Once again just ask what yo'd like to know.
