Martha,

Have you been taking a supplement? Any vitamins? Try cutting something out

of your diet, like sweetner, see if that helps, Sometimes you have to add or

subtract things and see what works for you. maybe your not eating enough

vegies, or fat? Try some different things

I am glad for you to lose some weight. I have been on this wol for a

week and have not lost anything. I have been really careful but have

light headedness and jitters. Will I ever get over those?

Today starts my 3rd week. I am happy with the results so far. I only wish

that I had been able to get weighed on my first day so that I could see if I

had lost more than 8 pounds. Oh well, ceste le vie (sp?). I guess I

should confess since so many others were this weekend. My girlfriend and I

went off the W.O.L. (sort of) on Friday night. I have been strictly eating

only meat, egg and cheeses for the 1st 2 weeks and I was craving some greens

really bad so we went to Souper Salad and I ate 2 big salads with a few too

many croutons and a little too much dressing and then I saw the beef stew

and had a bowl and well you can't eat stew without eating a piece or two or

cornbread. :o) But I did stay away from the shortcake they had for

dessert!!! Anyway, Saturday morning I was back to the meats, eggs and

cheeses and I still lost a pound. :o) Sorry...had to tell y'all!!!

P.S. Sue!!! My girlfriend wanted me to tell you THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK

YOU for the cheese tart recipe. They are sooooooooooo

good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What week is this for you is it 2 or 3 I know

its only 1 week since you had the correct scale:o) so

look at it this way you lost 8lbs in this 1 week.

Thats pretty good. wish mine would do that.

its only 1 week since you had the correct scale:o) so

look at it this way you lost 8lbs in this 1 week.

Halloween and we decided to weigh in on Mondays. You can too if you want. I
