Guest guest Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 My son has a " behaviour " were he sort of gnaws on my face or hand.He never bites.I can't even feel his teeth on my skin.It seems like he is trying to " release " pressure or something.I think it's sensory but not sure what to do about it. Any suggestions or comments appreciated.He is gfcf and on many supps (DAN doc).Tests revealed yeast ,bacteria overgrowth(taking probiotics.OoO and uva ursi etc.High mercury,aluminum amd lead... When my #3 had oral behaviors, it meant he was eating a food or supplement he did not tolerate, or he had a yeast issue. Some kids have oral behaviors because they need zinc.
