Well, pouchie gags at crush pills (in any form imiginable, mixed with protein shake, jello, pudding, applesauce). I take 2 TwinLab Daily 2's, 10 TwinLab Cal Citrates and 1 Zoloft per day. Yesterday I started swallowing whole them with a bit of water, one-by-one of course. No problems. Is this ok, or am I hurting pouchie? Luckily my pain med & Zantac are liquid.
