Guest guest
Hi, I've learned so much recently about how our hormones work, fibroids, treatment options, alternative therapies, fertility, etc. that I've been thinking that I would like to share with others. Do any of you have experience in teaching a workshop or leading a support group related to health matters? Any advice on how one would go about doing it in such a way as to not get in trouble with the establishment? I wouldn't be doing anything other than talking about basic diet, how to improve your hormonal health generally (based on research that I've done), what we know about fibroids and different treatment options, and some about alternative medicine and herbs. I would recommend that all participants talk to the appropriate practitioners for assistance with their individual cases. I don't know who else to ask so I figured this group would be a good start. I just know that there are lots of women out there that are just being diagnosed with fibroids every week (and ones dealing with infertility too) and not all of them are going to be given access to the whole story of their treatment options. Any thoughts? Ann
