How to stop a doc who messed up?

I have tried but have been told by four lawyers that

since I am still alive and I have a chance of a good

prognosis that it is " not worth it " since IN limits

what a patient can get from an idiot Dr. You have to

die or lose an organ. So if I had let him do the

hysterectomy on me THEN I could have sued him.

All I can do is make as sure as possible that he

doesn't do it again. So I will post this warning

regularly. I will tell everyone here so if he moves

maybe you will remeber his name.

I wonder if it is legal if I put the facts in the

paper. Just thought of it but then he couldn't hide

from anyone who can read. There is a bit of money left

in my medical fund ...can I take out an add in a

Chicago paper?
