Concerned about my fibroid...

I have a fibroid that I can feel when doing a self exam...The reason

I am concerned is because it feels like a laceration is on it and

that spot when touched leeks blood..I am wondering if anyone else has

experienced this. I have had several major episodes in the last few

weeks and was afraid of being in the hospital again. I do go to see

my gynecologist on Friday. But I would like to know if this is

normal. I am just a bit scared.
