low-grade fever 3 weeks after myo

I've been running a low-grade temperature for at least the last three

days. (99 during the day, rising to just under 100 at night.) Feel

achy, skin feels sensitive, lymph nodes twinging, feel generally

yuck. Also,just got first period after myo. Could it be related?

I suppose I'll see my PC doctor, but was wondering if this is some

kind of common post-surgery thing. I know it can happen after a UAE;

has anyone had it happen after a myo? The incision isn't infected, at

least not anywhere that's visible.
