lupron and painful ovaries

I'm not sure if the lupron is the cause of my ovarian pain. I have

been on lupron for about three weeks--had an extremely heavy period

for the second week, am spotting this week, and now have been having

chronic pain in my ovaries for about two days. I usually have some

pain during ovulation, but only for brief spurts--not chronic like

this. And I'm not sure if I'm ovulating. Has anyone had a similar

experience? If so, how long did the pain last??
