Bikini Cut versus Vertical Belly Cut?

Could you ladies please tell me if the abdominal

surgeries you had were done with a bikini cut or a

vertical in the belly one. I am wondering what makes

the doctor decide to do one versus the other. I would

think that the bikini cut would be easier and faster

to heal and cosmetically better, but I don't know when

it isn't possible to do so. My doctor wants to do a

vertical cut. I would appreciate the information so

that I have a better sense of what I am facing and/or

if I have other viable options.
