However, I had UAE one year ago, and was told to expect a low grade fever for up to 2 weeks after, due to " post-embolization syndrome " . Well, it is one year later, and I still get fairly regular low grade fevers, several times a month (more often than not). No one seems to know why - I have had all sorts of bloodwork and no one can find out anythng. Do not know what to make of it. I would, however, suggest contacting your primary care physician to have some bloodwork drawn. Keep an accurate " fever diary " until you can get to the doctor.
