Guest guest Posted February 14, 2004 Report Share Posted February 14, 2004 Doctor accused of doing needless surgeries By Percy Ednalino Staff writer,Tulare Advance-Register 02/14/04 The former chief of staff at Tulare District Hospital is being accused of gross negligence by the state's medical board for performing unnecessary operations on at least seven patients. The medical board filed a formal complaint July 24, 2003, against Dr. N. Foxley of Tulare. An amended complaint was filed on Dec. 8.
