I know this might be a women's health issue, not necessarily a

fibroid issue. But I am wondering what you all think about soy and

soy products? Not necessarily as a panecea for fibroids, but

women's hormones in general. I've been having a soy smoothie every

morning - soy milk + soy protein powder, and frozen berries or

banana, and flax. Am I doing my body a favor, or not? The advice

seems to be mixed. BTW - I had a 12 1/2 cm. fibroid that I had

embolized on 10/17/03, and have had fibroadenomas in the breast

tissue (non cancerous growths) and am 46 years old and trying to

deal with perimenopause issues, and hormonal issues that may or may

not be related to fibroids and estrogen!
