MeetUps for May - A Chance to Meet Other Fibroidians & Talk Talk Talk

It’s time to vote for MeetUp locations. I urge all of you who are signed up

for MeetUps to VOTE. I urge the rest of you to sign up for MeetUps & then

vote on a location. The only way these things get scheduled and not

canceled is if there are enough MeetUp members in an area & if those members

vote on a location AND confirm that they will be there. It’s all done by

e-mail and very easy. Of course, you have to GO to the MeetUp in person!

I won’t be attending in May – because by mid-May I’ll be visiting –

who lives NO WHERE NEAR the S.F. Bay - or any other MeetUp location. This

fact has not precluded me from voting on a SF meeting – just to keep the

ball rolling. I urge all of you who will be around to participate & I hope

you will all have a great time.

MeetUps are a chance to get together with other fibroidians, and talk, talk,

talk your heart out. -You can say a lot more in an afternoon than you can

type! -- They’re a chance to listen, be listened to and learn from each

other, to help and be helped, to look into the eyes of other fibroidians,

and to laugh. MeetUps let us know, in the flesh, that we are absolutely not

alone with these “fire balls of the uterus.” MeetUps can be very reassuring

and energizing.

I’d hope to hear that the May S.F. fibroid MeetUp was fantastic – and

likewise many many other fibroid MeetUps around the country and even the

world. If you’re not yet signed up for MeetUps, here is that website once
